FOOD STUDIES TEACHER TRAINING
Intensive training in high school food studies curriculum at the Stone Barns Center for Food & Agriculture. Over ten days at the farm-based center, teachers selected from four major metropolitan areas trained in multidisciplinary food education through cooking, agriculture, and academic studies.
